Lateral Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP Transactions (Los Angeles)

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles corporate team with a strong focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets work, together with technology transactions and emerging-growth company representation. The role will also interact with intellectual property litigation and transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience originating and leading complex corporate deals, working with technology and life‑sciences clients, and collaborating across industry groups. The team prefers small groups but will consider strong individual hires with an existing client base.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A/PE and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
• Experience with technology transactions and emerging-growth/venture-backed clients
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to work cross-practice
