Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its busy Corporate team in New York, with a strong focus on M&A, private equity-backed transactions and capital markets work across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors. The role will also collaborate closely with technology transactions and IP litigation teams on deal-driven and contested matters.

The practice is growing rapidly in New York and is looking for an experienced partner who can both originate and execute complex cross-border transactions and who is comfortable working with sector-focused deal teams. The position offers significant opportunity to develop client relationships and coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters with other offices.

Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
Established track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions, ideally with PE and issuer-side experience
Deep sector knowledge in at least one of technology, life sciences, financial services or energy
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to work across practice groups and geographies
