Lateral Partner – Credit Funds / Private Credit (Americas)

We are partnering with a leading international law firm—a single, fully integrated global partnership with a highly collaborative culture—on a partner-level lateral search within its Credit Funds / Private Credit practice. This role is part of a broader Americas private capital buildout encompassing funds, private equity, debt finance, and private credit. The firm is deeply committed to US growth and actively invests in laterals and teams that can deepen client relationships and build lasting franchises.

The ideal candidate will be a partner with a portable book of business in credit funds or private credit, who thrives in a team-oriented environment and seeks to leverage a global platform to expand their practice. The firm values collaboration and expects laterals to work across practice groups, including M&A, digital assets, and other adjacent areas. While the preferred locations are New York, Washington, DC, and Houston, the firm is flexible for exceptional candidates based elsewhere in the US.
