Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston employment and labor practice. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers on a full range of employment matters, including individual employment disputes, class-action exposure, collective bargaining and labor relations, and internal investigations.

The team regularly handles litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters across multiple industries and collaborates with broader national practice groups. The hire will be expected to help grow the local practice, supervise associates and take a visible role in client engagement and business development.

Partner-level experience in labor & employment law with a track record of handling complex litigation and/or labor relations matters
Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom/arbitration experience preferred
Proven leadership and supervisory experience mentoring associates and managing teams
Business development ability; portable client relationships are welcome and will be valued
