Senior partner role for an established practice focusing on healthcare and education matters, based in Boston with flexibility for nationwide candidates. The team advises healthcare providers, educational institutions, and life sciences organizations on regulatory, transactional, and compliance issues.

This is a leadership opportunity to grow a cross‑sector practice, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help expand client relationships across healthcare, life sciences and education markets. The hiring group is open to experienced lateral partners with a portable practice.

Seasoned partner with a strong track record in healthcare and/or education law
Relevant experience advising providers, institutions, or life sciences companies on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters
Proven business development skills and ability to lead client engagements and grow a team
Admissions and standing to practice in Massachusetts preferred; openness to nationwide candidates
