The team advises on collective bargaining, union matters, wage-and-hour issues, discrimination and regulatory compliance. The position offers substantial client-facing responsibilities and the opportunity to grow a portable practice within an established platform.

Established partner with a strong employment & labor practice and demonstrable experience advising employers.
Track record of handling labor relations, employment litigation and compliance matters.
Proven client-development skills; portable business welcomed.
Bar admission and ability to practice in Massachusetts.
