Seeking a partner-level labor and employment lawyer to join a well-established Boston practice. The role focuses on counseling employers on a broad range of labor, employment and employee benefits matters and leading client engagements across the New England market.

The ideal candidate will take a visible leadership role within the team, manage and develop junior lawyers, and collaborate on firm-wide cross-practice matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships that can be brought to the role are welcomed.

Partner-level experience in labor & employment law and employee benefits counseling.
Proven track record advising employers on workplace, policy and benefits matters; litigation and counseling experience a plus.
Ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; comfortable managing a portable practice.
Strong leadership, business development and team-management skills.
