Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Phoenix office and help grow multiple commercial practices. The role is open to partners with strong, portable client relationships in employment & labor, corporate, intellectual property or commercial litigation who want to lead matters and expand an established regional platform.

The team handles a mix of counseling and contentious work across industries; priority is given to candidates who can develop originations and collaborate across offices to build practice capability. The role offers significant autonomy on billing and client management and will suit partners who want to scale a portable practice within a collaborative firm structure.

Portable book of business of 850k+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in one or more of: employment & labor, corporate, IP litigation or mass torts
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal or litigation teams
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in the Phoenix market; strong business development skills
