Senior employment partner sought to lead and grow a market-facing employment & labor practice in Geneva. The role focuses on advising employers and senior executives on Swiss employment law, contentious and non-contentious matters, and cross-border employment issues.

This is a senior, client-facing position with responsibility for developing business, managing key client relationships and supervising a team of associates. The firm is open to candidates with an established portable practice who can expand the office’s employment offering.

Established partner-level experience in employment & labor law.
Proven track record of client development and managing client relationships; portable practice appreciated.
Experience advising on Swiss employment law and cross-border employment matters.
Demonstrable leadership and team-management experience.
