Leading national employment practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston team focused on high‑stakes labor and employment litigation. The role centers on defending and advising employers in discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective action matters across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will join a busy, litigation‑oriented group and will work closely with experienced trial teams on complex, large‑scale disputes. There is opportunity to contribute to and grow a portable practice as well as to play an active role in client development and team leadership.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience in employment law, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective actions.
Proven trial and motion practice; appellate experience a plus.
Track record of client management and business development; ability to grow a portable practice welcomed.
Admitted to practice in Texas (or transferable eligibility) and able to handle matters across the United States.
Strong mentoring and leadership skills to supervise associates and collaborate with cross‑office teams.
