Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join and grow its Employment & Labor practice in Houston. The role will advise employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including counseling, litigation defense, and employee benefits issues.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, developing business, managing client relationships, and leading a team of associates and counsel across employment and benefits matters.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in labor & employment and employee benefits work
Proven business-development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
Admitted to practice in Texas (or eligible) with strong courtroom and/or counseling experience
