Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established Employment & Labor practice in Houston. The role will focus on counseling employers, handling labor and employment disputes, and advising on employee benefits matters for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that handles a mix of litigation, preventive counseling, and transactional work. There is opportunity to lead matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to practice growth.

Portable business is welcome; candidates with an existing employer-side client base or demonstrable origination ability will be given strong consideration.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a focus on employer-side labor & employment law.
Demonstrated experience advising on employee benefits and related compliance issues.
Track record of handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and preventive counseling.
Proven ability to develop or bring client relationships (portable book of business preferred).
