Experienced partner sought to join a busy Energy & Environmental practice in Houston. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, permitting and enforcement matters for energy-sector clients, with emphasis on EPA and related federal/state regulatory issues.

Candidate will lead client engagements, manage teams, and work across transactional and regulatory matters for oil & gas and other energy industry clients. The role offers a platform to expand a practice and collaborate with a national team.

We are seeking a partner who can bring and grow relationships — a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with significant regulatory and enforcement experience (EPA or similar).
Proven ability to originate or manage client relationships and grow practice; portable business development record preferred.
Strong transaction, permitting, compliance or enforcement background serving energy-sector clients.
Admissions and qualifications appropriate for practice in Texas; strong litigation or regulatory advocacy skills a plus.
