Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Jacksonville

Major national firm is seeking an experienced labor & employment partner to join its Jacksonville office. The role focuses on leading client-facing employment counseling and labor-side litigation matters, advising employers across industries, and managing a team of associates.

The partner will be expected to develop and expand regional client relationships, work collaboratively with other offices on complex matters, and play a visible role in business development and practice management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising employers on labor & employment matters, including litigation and preventative counseling
• Track record of originating and closing business; strong client-development skills
• Admission to practice in Florida; ability to work from the Jacksonville office and travel as needed
