Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor (Los Angeles)

Leading Los Angeles office seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers on a broad range of employment matters, with particular emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

The successful candidate will join a team handling high‑profile and complex labor and employment matters across sectors. This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney who can contribute substantive expertise and help grow the practice in the region.

• Established partner with deep employment & labor experience, including executive compensation and benefits.
• Proven track record of counseling employers on complex labor, employment and exec comp issues.
• Demonstrated business development ability and willingness to bring or develop client relationships (portable practice welcomed).
• Bar admission in California and ability to practice in the jurisdiction.
