Responsibilities include managing complex litigation, advising employers on risk mitigation and workplace policies, supervising and developing associates, and collaborating across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters. The hiring team is open to candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated business development capabilities.
- Partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor law, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions
- Active California bar admission (or ability to qualify)
- Proven track record of leading matters, trying cases, and supervising teams
- Demonstrated business development ability or a portable client base preferred
