National law firm seeking a senior employment and labor partner to join its established Nashville team. The role focuses on providing high-end counseling and litigation services across traditional labor and employment matters for a diverse client base.

This is a partner-track lateral role for an experienced lawyer who can develop and lead client workstreams, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to practice growth regionally. The team handles a mix of counseling, compliance, and contentious matters.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law with a track record of managing client matters and supervising teams.
Demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships preferred.
Strong litigation and/or counseling experience, including handling complex employment issues and advising corporate clients.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to integrate into a national practice platform.
