Leading law firm is seeking a senior Employment & Labor partner to join its New York office. The role will focus on delivering high-level counseling and advocacy on a broad range of workplace matters for US-based and global clients.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop business opportunities, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex employment, labor and workforce issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor matters (litigation and counseling)
• Proven client origination and relationship-management track record
• Ability to collaborate across practices and manage senior client engagements
