Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in New York. The role focuses on a traditional labor and employment practice advising employers on workplace counseling, compliance, and related litigation and administrative matters.

The team represents a broad range of employer-side clients across industries; the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in client development and matters management while helping grow the New York office’s practice.

Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law (traditional employer-side practice)
Portable client relationships / demonstrated business development capability
Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility)
Track record handling workplace counseling, investigations, and employment litigation/administrative proceedings
