Leading national employment & labor practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York benefits team. The role will focus on employee benefits matters, with an emphasis on ESOP work, and will offer a platform to advise sophisticated employer clients across industries.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-office teams, lead client engagements, and help grow a benefits/ESOP practice. This is an opportunity to join a large, established US firm and contribute to both client service and business development.

Partner-level experience advising on employee benefits and ESOP matters, including ERISA and related transactional work.
Proven client relationship and business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination is preferred.
Admissions and standing to practice in New York (or willingness to obtain).
Comfort working collaboratively across offices and teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
