Leading national firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Phoenix employment and labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers on employment litigation, workplace policies, and executive compensation and benefits matters, and will involve managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex labor and employment matters across industries and will have the opportunity to expand a portable practice and contribute to business development in the region.

Established partner or senior counsel with a track record in employment & labor law, including executive compensation and benefits.
Licensed to practice in the relevant state; admissions in additional jurisdictions a plus.
Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is welcomed.
Experience leading teams, supervising associates, and managing matters from intake through resolution.
