The successful candidate will join an established team with regional and national client work. This is an opportunity to lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers within a well-resourced platform.

Established partner-level employment & labor practitioner with demonstrable experience in employee benefits and labor & employment matters
Track record of handling complex employer-side matters and advising on compliance and workplace risk
Business development ability or a portable practice appropriate for a partner role
Admits or able to admit in California (Sacramento-focused practice)
