Senior employment and labor partner role in a well-established national firm’s San Francisco office. The role will focus on counseling employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including litigation, preventive advice, and employee relations strategies.

We are seeking an experienced partner able to grow an existing practice, work collaboratively with regional and national teams, and oversee complex matters for sophisticated clients across industries. The position offers a leadership role within a busy labor & employment practice group and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including significant litigation and advisory work.
Track record of business development and ability to maintain or grow a portable practice.
Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; experience supervising associates.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California; San Francisco-based or willing to relocate.
