Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its San Francisco Employment & Labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers on workplace matters, employee benefits, and labor relations across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising on litigation defense, regulatory compliance, workplace policies, and benefit-plan matters. This is a visible role involving client management, business development, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with a demonstrated Employment & Labor practice (employee benefits experience a plus)
Portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and originate work
Admission to the California bar (or eligibility)
Strong litigation and/or counseling experience representing employers before courts and administrative agencies
Proven track record of business development and team leadership
