Senior employment and labor partner role in a large, full‑service law firm office in Tampa. The hire will lead and expand the local employment practice, handling a mix of counseling, workplace investigations, and labor and employment litigation matters for regional and national employers.

The role requires strong client development skills and experience supervising teams on complex matters. The team advises on collective bargaining and union matters as well as individual employment disputes and compliance issues.

Consideration will be given to candidates with an established, portable practice and a history of originating and growing client relationships.

  • Partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and labor relations.
  • Proven client-development track record; portable book of business preferred.
  • Admitted (or ability to be admitted) to practice in Florida.
  • Experience leading teams and managing client matters from intake through resolution.
