Senior hiring for the Eastern Canada Employment & Labour group of a global law firm. The team is investing strategically to add senior-level capability in occupational health & safety and construction labour relations to complement an established, growing practice.

The role is an equity partner position; the firm seeks a long-term addition who will help build practice depth, mentor junior talent, and contribute to business development across Eastern Canada.

Lateral Partner with an established, portable employment & labour practice (proven book of business).
Significant occupational health & safety (OH&S) experience; not necessarily a pure OH&S specialist but substantial background handling OH&S matters.
Experience in construction labour relations and related collective bargaining/litigation matters.
Membership (or eligibility) in the relevant Canadian bar(s) and ability to practise in Ontario/Eastern Canada.
Track record of business development, client relationship management, and willingness to play a senior role in group succession and mentoring.
