Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its New York energy and corporate practice. The role focuses on cross-border energy matters including renewables and regulatory work, with significant private equity-connected transaction experience highly valued.

The successful candidate will have a portable partner practice, proven client relationships, and the ability to originate and lead complex deals and regulatory matters. Candidates who can bring or build a team are especially encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience in energy, renewables, or energy-related corporate work.
• Demonstrated track record of originating business and leading cross-border transactions or regulatory matters.
• Experience working with private equity-backed energy transactions and advising on regulatory issues preferred.
• Proven team leadership and client management skills; ability to develop business in the US market.
