Lateral Partner — Energy & Corporate (Transactional)

Leading national law firm is seeking seasoned transactional energy partners or small teams with strong corporate, finance, project development and M&A experience. The role focuses on energy-sector transactions, including conventional oil & gas and renewable energy projects, and involves advising on deal structuring, project finance and joint ventures.

The successful candidate will join a busy, cross-practice team advising developers, sponsors and lenders on complex transactions from formation through closing. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a market-facing energy practice within an established platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record handling energy-sector M&A, project development or project finance transactions
• Established client relationships with sponsors, developers or lenders in the energy sector
