Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice in Chicago. The role will advise on a range of matters across energy, infrastructure and environmental regulatory work, working with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex transactional and regulatory matters.

The team serves clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors and is looking for an experienced lawyer who can contribute technically strong legal counsel, help expand client relationships, and play a visible role in business development and team leadership.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in energy, infrastructure and/or environmental law.
Demonstrable track record on complex transactional, regulatory or project matters in the energy sector.
Ability to generate or bring portable client relationships; business development focus.
Active bar admission and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate across practices.
