Senior transactional and regulatory energy partner sought to lead and grow an established Energy & Environmental practice supporting infrastructure and project work. The role will focus on advising sponsors, lenders and commercial counterparties on complex energy, infrastructure and environmental matters across the U.S., with a strong Houston market emphasis.

The firm is open to location-flexible arrangements for the right candidate; regular engagement with Houston-based clients and teams is expected. This is a partner-level role requiring proven client relationships and a track record of originating and managing high-value matters.

Partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure and/or environmental matters (transactional and regulatory).
Established portable client relationships or demonstrable business origination capabilities.
Strong technical knowledge of project finance, project development, and regulatory frameworks affecting energy and infrastructure projects.
Excellent business development, team leadership, and cross-practice collaboration skills; ability to work on a location‑flexible basis while supporting the Houston market.
