Leading law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Houston energy and environmental practice. The role will focus on transactional and regulatory work across energy and infrastructure matters, advising clients on complex projects and compliance issues.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships, lead deal teams, and collaborate with litigation and regulatory colleagues. There is flexibility for candidates bringing a portable practice or established client base.

Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental matters, including infrastructure-related transactions and regulatory work.
Proven record of business development and client origination; portable practice or book of business welcomed.
Experience leading teams on complex, cross-disciplinary matters.
Bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission.
