The role combines litigation and regulatory counseling across transactional and enforcement contexts for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will handle complex contested matters, lead teams in investigations and enforcement proceedings, and advise on regulatory risk tied to transactions and operations. The firm welcomes experienced laterals with a portable practice or demonstrated client relationships in the energy/infrastructure space.

Established partner-level litigation/regulatory experience in energy, environmental or infrastructure matters.
Track record of leading teams on complex disputes, investigations or enforcement proceedings.
Experience advising on regulatory issues tied to transactions and operations.
Proven business development ability or a portable practice in the sector.
Bar admission and ability to work in New York.
