The role combines litigation, regulatory advocacy and transactional regulatory counseling across energy and environmental matters.
The partner will be a client-facing rainmaker responsible for originating work, supervising teams, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional regulatory strategy. This is a leadership role with significant business development and practice-management responsibilities.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience handling energy, infrastructure or environmental litigation and regulatory matters
- Track record of business development and leading client teams on complex, multi-disciplinary engagements
- Bar admission and ability to practice in Washington, D.C., or willingness to become admitted
