Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Leading Washington, D.C. practice is seeking a lateral partner to join and help grow its energy and environmental litigation capabilities. The role focuses on high‑stakes regulatory, administrative and courtroom matters arising at the intersection of energy and environmental law.

The successful candidate will take a hands‑on role leading complex litigation matters, supervising junior lawyers, and developing business in the region. Portable client relationships or the ability to generate new work are welcomed.

• Established partner-level experience in environmental and/or energy litigation and regulatory matters
• Proven track record of handling trials, hearings, or complex administrative proceedings
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships; portable business is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of associates
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (DC or ability to obtain)
