Leading national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office to strengthen its energy and environmental capabilities. The role focuses on advising clients on regulatory, transactional and project-development matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will work on complex cross-border and domestic matters, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help grow the practice in the region. A portable practice or demonstrated business development ability is desirable.

Established partner with significant experience in energy and environmental law
Track record in transactional, regulatory and/or project development matters, ideally involving infrastructure or energy projects
Proven client-development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong communication and team leadership abilities
