Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Energy practice in Miami. The role focuses on project finance and financing transactions in the renewable energy sector, working with sponsors, lenders and project counterparties across the lifecycle of energy projects.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of originating and executing complex financings and a commercial approach to client work. This is a partner-level opportunity to grow and lead the practice in South Florida, with firm resources to support cross-practice matters and national platform work.

Partner-level experience in finance and project finance, with a focus on renewable energy transactions
Proven business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred
Strong client management and deal execution track record on complex financings
Bar admission in Florida or ability to become admitted; excellent written and oral communication skills
