Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to build and lead a cross-practice energy and infrastructure team. The role will focus on energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas, and maritime/construction matters, advising corporate and project clients across transactional, regulatory and tax aspects.
The partner will work closely with existing practice groups to win and manage complex matters, supervise junior lawyers, and drive business development in the U.S. energy and infrastructure markets. This is a visible role for an experienced rainmaker with deep technical knowledge and proven client relationships.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience in energy, tax or maritime/construction matters
- Proven business development and client relationship track record
- Strong technical knowledge of energy regulation, tax and project/infrastructure transactions
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
