Leading international law firm is undertaking an aggressive global lateral partner expansion across several priority growth teams, including Energy & Projects, Infrastructure, Leveraged Finance / Private Capital, Capital Markets, Insurance and White Collar. The firm is actively building platform capability and is particularly focused on private equity / private capital as a growing product area.

Role is global in scope and will be anchored to the practice that best fits a candidate s portable client base and origination plan. The team emphasizes collaboration, a formal origination credit model that rewards shared business generation, and opportunities to join at income or equity partner level depending on business brought to the firm.

Searches are opportunistic and open to contenders with demonstrable portable relationships and a clear business plan; some practices will prioritize certain offices (for example, Energy in Texas, Insurance in New York/Chicago, finance and capital markets in London/New York).

Established partner with a demonstrable, portable client base and credible business plan
Track record of originating high-value work and willingness to participate in an origination-sharing model
Permissible for international coverage; able to match office/practice strengths (US, UK, Continental Europe, Middle East and select Asia markets)
