Seeking a senior lateral partner to join a busy Energy & Infrastructure practice in Toronto. The role will focus on project development, project finance and M&A across energy and infrastructure transactions, with significant cross-border Canada–US work.
The hire will support growing deal flow and help expand the group's capabilities in conventional and renewable energy projects. Strong transactional experience and the ability to originate and lead client engagements are essential.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record advising on energy and infrastructure M&A, project finance or development transactions
- Experience managing cross‑border matters (Canada–US) and leading deal teams
- Established client relationships and business development ability in the energy sector
