Lateral Partner — Energy / Private Equity (New York)

Leading international firm seeks a partner to strengthen its energy and corporate practice in New York. The role focuses on energy transactions and regulatory matters where private equity and renewables intersect, advising sophisticated sponsor and corporate clients on cross-border and domestic matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and lead transactions, work across finance and regulatory teams, and play a central role in business development in the energy and infrastructure sectors. There is an opportunity to build and manage a team.

• Established track record in energy transactions, ideally with private equity or renewables experience
• Proven ability to originate and lead cross-border deals and to manage a team
• Strong regulatory knowledge relevant to energy and infrastructure clients
