Opportunity for a partner-level energy tax and transactional lawyer to join a large international practice in Houston. The role focuses on energy and renewable projects, maritime and construction-related matters, and regulatory work across the energy sector.

The team is seeking a senior lawyer who will lead client engagements, develop business in core sectors and collaborate across national desks. There is scope to bring and grow a portable practice in energy tax, renewables, maritime or construction work.

Established partner track record in energy, energy tax, maritime construction or related regulatory work
Experience leading transactions, structuring deals and advising on regulatory matters in the energy sector
Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage a book of business; portability preferred
Bar admission and credentials consistent with partner-level practice in the U.S.
