Seeking an experienced lateral partner to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary energy practice from the firm’s Houston office. The role will focus on energy and renewable projects, tax structuring, and related maritime and construction matters, with significant regulatory work on gas and energy infrastructure.
The partner will advise energy companies, project sponsors and contractors across transactional, tax and regulatory issues, and will have responsibility for business development and team leadership within the Houston market.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Significant partner-level experience in energy (including renewables) and energy tax matters
- Experience on maritime and construction-related transactions/disputes preferred
- Demonstrated regulatory experience in gas/energy infrastructure and proven business development record
- Active bar admission and ability to practice in Texas
