Senior partner hire to lead and grow an integrated Energy practice in Nashville with a strong focus on energy tax, renewable energy, gas regulatory matters, maritime construction and related environmental/regulatory work. The role combines client-facing business development with hands-on matter leadership across transactional and regulatory matters.

The partner will work with existing industry and project teams to originate and execute complex matters for utilities, project sponsors, and contractors, including cross-practice coordination with tax and environmental specialists. The position offers a leadership role in a busy regional energy hub and visibility on high-profile sector work.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record originating and leading energy, tax or maritime-related matters
Demonstrated expertise in renewable energy project work, gas regulatory issues, energy tax or maritime/construction matters
Strong business development and client relationship skills; ability to grow a regional practice
