• Established partner with demonstrable experience in energy tax matters.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong technical tax skills and experience on transactional and regulatory issues affecting energy companies.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Nashville office.
