Ideal candidates will have a track record advising on M&A, joint ventures, and complex energy financings, and be comfortable leading cross-functional deal teams in a national platform.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant partner-level experience in energy transactions (M&A, project finance, project development)
Proven ability to originate and close complex deals and to lead client relationships
Admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction and strong professional references
