Lateral Partner, Environmental Compliance & Regulatory — Seattle

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Seattle environmental, land and natural resources practice. The role focuses on regulatory and compliance matters across environmental law, advising businesses and public-sector clients on permitting, enforcement defense, and transactional environmental risks.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, work closely with cross-practice teams, and help grow the regional environmental offering. CEQA experience is desirable; Washington-state practice experience and an established regional network will be advantageous.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in environmental regulatory and compliance work
• Experience with land use / natural resources matters; CEQA experience desired
• Bar admission in Washington or ability to become admitted; strong client-development skills
