Seeking a lateral partner to join a well‑regarded law firm’s Seattle practice with a focus on energy, environmental and tax matters. The role will work across related sectors including renewable energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, maritime and construction‑related matters.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop business, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on transactional, regulatory and advisory work. There is scope to build and deepen relationships with regional and national clients.

Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in energy, renewables, oil & gas, infrastructure, maritime or construction work
Proven track record advising on energy tax, regulatory and project/transaction matters
Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates
Strong business development skills and ability to originate and grow client work
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
