Lateral Partner, Environmental & Regulatory Compliance — Los Angeles

Seeking a seasoned partner to lead and grow an environmental, land & natural resources practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on regulatory and compliance work, with CEQA experience desired.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for managing complex regulatory matters, supervising a team of lawyers and staff, and contributing to business development and practice strategy.

• Established partner track record in environmental law, land use or natural resources, including regulatory and compliance matters (CEQA experience preferred)
• Proven client development skills and ability to expand a practice in the Los Angeles market
• Experience managing and mentoring lawyers and support staff on complex matters
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
