Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Chicago

Leading national search for a lateral partner to join a strong Finance & Banking practice in Chicago. The role will focus on commercial finance, banking and capital markets matters, advising institutional lenders, borrowers and corporate clients on complex financing transactions.

The team values seasoned deal experience, client development capability and collaboration across industry groups. The hire will be expected to grow a practice aligned with one of the firm's industry groups and work with cross‑office teams on national and regional transactions.

Candidates located nationwide will be considered; the firm is open to partners who can bring an established client pipeline and who will work from the Chicago office.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience handling commercial finance, banking and capital markets matters
• Strong track record of client origination and relationship management
• Admission to the Illinois bar or willingness to seek admission
