The role will focus on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border lending, structured finance and related regulatory matters.
The successful candidate will lead and grow client relationships, manage transactions and mentor junior lawyers within a busy practice group. This is an opportunity to join an established team and develop a market-leading finance offering in the region.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
- Track record of originating and leading multi-party lending and structured finance deals
- Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development ability
- Qualified to practise in Germany; German and English fluency
