Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance, Cologne

Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow corporate and finance work from a well-established German practice. The role will combine lead deal responsibility with client development across private equity and venture capital transactions, including cross-border matters.

The team advises corporates, sponsors and financial institutions on transactional and financing matters. The successful candidate will join a full-service practice and work closely with senior partners across related disciplines.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial track record in private equity or venture capital transactions, including lead advisory on buyouts, growth financings or exits
• Proven business-development skills and experience working on cross-border matters
