Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, New York

Senior partner hire to lead finance and corporate matters from the New York office. The role will focus on lending, private credit and corporate finance work across funds and banking clients.

The successful candidate will build and expand an established practice team, originate mandates and work closely with senior lawyers across related practices. This is a visible leadership position with active client-facing responsibilities and cross-practice collaboration.
