Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of originating and leading finance, corporate or securities transactions at partner level
Strong client development and relationship-management skills in private equity, VC or capital-markets contexts
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and JD or equivalent degree
